One place, many players

Everyone who builds a place in nature shares in it.

Summary

Nextribe builds and runs places in nature across Europe, made of fully wooden houses. Landowners and investors start each place, we build the houses, owners buy a house or a quarter share, and guests come to stay. The income each place earns is shared between the people who made it. Our first place, Mantar in Bulgaria, already welcomes guests.

How it works

1. Land. Landowners bring the land and investors bring the capital. Together we choose places with nature, water or views, a short drive from a city. 2. Houses. We build fully wooden Vesta houses: wooden structure, facade and interior walls. Each house is factory-made from Austrian wood, ready in 4 months and backed by a 25-year structural warranty. 3. Owners. People buy a whole house or a quarter share. Owners use their house for free nights each year and choose whether we rent it out when they are away. 4. Guests. Guests book a stay of a few days, rest in nature and come back. We take care of bookings, guest care and upkeep. 5. Shared. The income from stays is shared between the people who made the place: owners, investors, landowners and the Nextribe team that runs it. Each place makes the next one easier, because the team, the houses, the software and the community are already in place.
